Structural Features
The hydraulic control valve is a valve controlled by water pressure. It consists of a main valve and its attached conduit, pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, and pressure gauge. Depending on the purpose, function, and place of use, it can evolve into remote-control float valves, pressure-reducing valves, slow-closing check valves, flow control valves, pressure relief valves, hydraulic electric control valves, etc. Hydraulic control valves are divided into diaphragm type and piston type. Their working principles are the same. They are powered by the pressure difference SP between the upstream and downstream and are controlled by the pilot valve so that the diaphragm (piston) operates hydraulically differentially and is completely automatically adjusted by hydraulics. The main valve disc is fully open or fully closed or in a regulated state. When the pressure water entering the control chamber above the diaphragm (piston) is discharged to the atmosphere or the downstream low-pressure area, the pressure value acting on the bottom of the valve disc and below the diaphragm is greater than the pressure value above, so the main valve disc is pushed to fully open position; when the pressure water entering the control chamber above the diaphragm (piston) cannot be discharged to the atmosphere or the downstream low-pressure area, the force acting on the diaphragm (piston) piston). The pressure value above is greater than the pressure value below, so the main valve disc will be pressed to the completely closed position. When the pressure value in the control chamber above the diaphragm (piston) is between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure, The main valve disc is in an adjustment state, and its adjustment position depends on the linkage control effect of the needle valve and the adjustable pilot valve in the conduit system. The adjustable pilot valve can open or close its own small valve port through the downstream outlet pressure and change with it, thereby changing the pressure controlled above the diaphragm (piston) and controlling the adjustment position of the main valve disc.
Product Use
The valve consists of a main valve and an external pilot valve. It uses the floating ball in the water to link the guide valve due to changes in the liquid level, so that the main valve supplies water and closes, thereby controlling the water level of the pool (tank) and water tower within a certain range to prevent overflow and low water level. The valve is suitable for automatic water supply systems of various pools (tanks) and water towers in industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings and is also used in atmospheric boiler circulating water supply systems. The main valve opens quickly and closes slowly without causing water hammer. It is tightly sealed and there is no risk of flooding.
